Shipping rates are based on the package weight and destination. Our default shipping methods are either Ground UPS or Surface USPS. A $3.00 handling fee is added to each shipment charge. Shipping costs are prepaid and added to your invoice. Expedited shipping is available.
Additional shipping charges apply to oversized items.
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.
Customers who order on-line will be given various shipping choices at check-out. Expedited shipping orders must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time – Monday through Friday. Personalized Items are not eligible for expedited shipping. If you need personalized items by a specific date, please call us with your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
We collect Sales/Use Tax in the following states: CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NY, NC, OH, TN, VA & WA. If your company is Tax Exempt in one of the states where we collect tax, you are required to provide a Resale or Tax Exempt Certificate annually. Please email your Resale Certificate to email@example.com with your order number noted.
All of our leashes and collars are manufactured on site in Vancouver, Washington. Most orders (excluding personalized or special orders) will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order depending on availability. If there is a back-order, you will be notified of the delay.
Canadian Customers: Orders shipping to our Canadian customers will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Transit time is approximately 6-10 business days. Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
International Customers: Orders shipping to our International customers will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS International. Transit times vary depending on destination. Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We do our best to keep products in stock and ready to ship the day they are ordered. However, sudden increased demand for a product may cause us to run out of stock as well as manufacturing delays. If we are out of stock on any item at the time of shipment, we will notify you, ship all products that are in stock as soon as possible, and ship the remaining products as they become available.
Free shipping is extended to customers when they mail in the order with a check or money order written out to exact amount. Please include your local Sales Tax with your payment if you are located in one of these states: CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, NY, NC, OH, VA and WA. If you are Tax Exempt, please include a copy of your Tax-Exempt Certificate with your order.
Oversized items do not apply. Extra over-sized shipping charges and sales/use tax will be billed to the customer if the amount is out of balance.

Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $35 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with service charges, may be debited from your account.
