Payments

The only acceptable payment method for Internet orders is by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Credit card companies require that the funds on hold for your order are captured within 7 days and the card charged.  Although many orders ship sooner than 7 days, others require additional time to produce. Personalized products always take longer than 7 days. If you do not want to be charged before product ships, please call our customer service line to place your order and give your credit card details.

Checks and money orders are also accepted when ordering by phone, Fax or mail.  Purchase Orders are accepted for established customers ordering by phone, Fax or email.

For Customers who enjoy Open Account Terms, you will need to place your order by phone or email to sales@campbellpet.com to receive those terms. All Internet orders require credit card payment to complete. 

SALES/USE TAXES
Campbell Pet Company is now collecting Sales/Use tax in the following states: CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, NY, NC, OH, TN, VA & WA.  If your company is TAX EXEMPT, please email a copy of your current Tax-Exempt Certificate noted with your Order Number to info@campbellpet.com.  Upon receipt, the Sales Tax will be eliminated from your order. 

Once your Tax Exemption in noted on your account in our main data base, you will not need to continue to send proof of exemption. However, our website will not “remember” that your company is tax exempt. Our Customer Service Team will make necessary adjustments before shipping the order and changing your account.
