Returns, Exchanges & Discrepancies

Campbell Pet’s return policy uses common sense. If something’s not right, let’s fix it. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Please call us with any missing items or discrepancies with your order within 7 days.

All defects or errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order. If Campbell Pet Company has made an error or a product is defective, we will replace the order immediately or refund the original purchase price without any expense to the customer. If the reason for the return lies with the customer, we will do everything possible to minimize the customer’s expense.  However, it is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements to return the product. 

If you wish to return an unused product within 30 days, please include the packing slip or a note with your customer information and the reason for the return.   Send your return postage paid and in good condition. Campbell Pet Company will either exchange the item or refund the original purchase price(s) less shipping costs to the original form of payment.  Personalized Items/Orders are not returnable.  Expired products are not returnable.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s).  We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). Campbell Pet Company reserves the right to assess reasonable charges for handling and restocking.

Campbell Pet Company is not responsible for returned items that are not received. You are encouraged to insure items you are returning.

Deliveries That Are Refused:  Customers that refuse delivery of damage free merchandise will have the merchandise credited back to their account, less the shipping cost of the merchandise.  Personalized Items will be charged in full to the customer.
