Campbell Pet’s return policy uses common sense. All defects or errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order. If Campbell Pet Company has made an error or a product is defective, we will replace the order immediately or refund the original purchase price.

If you wish to return a product within 30 days, please send it postage paid and in good condition. Campbell Pet Company will either exchange the item or refund the original purchase price(s). Personalized Items/Orders are not returnable.
